Most people are team players, really rooting for the company good as a whole. We are there to be productive, get things done, and also enjoy the time we spend doing it.
The interview was a real conversation about real problems. It offered the ability for me to show my passion about problem solving and show how my brain works, that often a normal question-based interview doesn't provide.
2020 has given ample opportunity for leadership to show their true colors. I've been blown away at how they have handled and communicated to the organization, crisis after crisis. Honorable, consistent, thoughtful, and progressive. I'm often touched at how intentional they have been.
I have the ability to make change, in our community, culture, products, and my career. Not only do I have the tools and support I need to follow my passions, but I'm often inspired by the culture and people at HealthStream to find those passions.
