The company used to be more personable, not so much now. It is frustrating seeing poor decisions being made that impact bonus/salary.
It is hard to watch the decline in the company. I have concerns about the future of our company.
All work together to solve problems.
Lack of raises; not keeping up with inflation
Poor decision making at upper levels is upsetting.
Policy allowing work from home.
The facility in PTC is a nice place to work.
Minimal raises in the past few years; losing ground against inflation.
Better decision making at the executive level. Better employee recognition including salary.
We work well together, all are dedicated and hard working producing solid results for the company.
There are many good employees who truly want to do the right thing and are willing to work together to accomplish goals.
Raises are not even keeping up with inflation. Hard work and dedication are not always rewarded. Being in the 'inner circle' of certain leaders seems to be the way to get ahead.
It seems like basic understanding of manufacturing principles is lacking resulting in lost operating profit. Scheduling assembly lines above capacity resulting in production schedules being behind by thousands of machines is an inefficient way to run the factory resulting in a 'chaotic' environment.
Walk through the warehouse and you will see how out of control our factory is. How can we have so much raw material inventory and yet still shut lines down because of no parts? Something is very wrong, and we are wasting a lot of money.
