I feel like the company should provide the right and correct tools to perform our job tasks. like Drills. order enough drills for every body who has to use drills..

Working here at this company has been good. i have moved up to a coordinator position and the benefits are good. But the pay rate needs to increase.

When everybody does their jobs successfully.

Not have a co-pay and a deductable.

some will work their buts off

Some will communicate with you.

Some but not all are good with us as employees.

i like building the different ice machines and seeing the different ice shapes.

That people come in and do there jobs to the best of their ability.

Some are friendly. and show concern about issues. Then there are some who just don't.

Knowing that the Economy is bad now. A cost of living would surely be apreciated.

I have a good team now. They now help each other; some are more knowledgeable than others.

Some of us are here more than we are with our families. so they are like family.

Safety and Quality is a must. But accidents do happen..and they are not always the employees fault.

Multi Cultural, we all learn something different about each others cultural environment. Learn the different languages.

Some of them are good workers. They have that work mentality. that is needed to produce good product.

I have good benefits and the pay is my pay is finally up to where i think it should be.

Enteracting with my coworkers. Knowing that i can help lead and guide them to do the best that they can do.

Sometimes we the people who have been here the longest feels like you treat the newer employees better than the veterans.

They are good people. a majority. of them work really work well together .Some do take pride in their work. just like me.

Some of them are friendly. That means if they see you when they walk thru they have the common decency to speak and not turn there heads.
