Not very good, company quit advertising specials except in appliances, shelves were constantly out of stock
Friendly and knowledgeable, treat customers very well
Knowing their job and doing it
Learn what retail is and how it works.
People are friendly and sincere
Better corporate managers that know what they are doing
Very short interview process and most people were honest
Sorry CEO, worst company in the US to work for
Hire enough help, stop taking advantage of the ones they have.
No raise in 9 years, commissions reduced to less than 2%, benefits are non existent
Fire Lambert and hire someone that knows retail and that care about the store and employees
Culture has disappeared greatly. Old customers are leaving and young customers go to Lowes and Home Depot.
Seven plus years no raise, commission cut to 1% or less, not enough product to sell, always out of stock
Closing stores, ignorant CEO and entire corporate team are a failure. People losing jobs, stores closing, poor pay. It’s to late to save Sears.
Corporate people need to get out and visit stores. They have no clue how stores are stocked. I doubt the CEO even knows where his stores are
Work as a team. Sears was a great company at one time. Every day I am asked when are we closing. Negative reports everyday on the news.
No effort to upgrade the store, cash wraps have registers that are so out of date that barely work, have to take parts from other cash wraps, ceiling tile if filthy, poor lighting
