They dont ask employees what will make job easier or more efficent. They just come up with things that make no sence waste money and make job harder

Been with company for 7 years only got a raise once due to half of team leaving to another company offering 3 dollars an hour more.

Listen to actually employees doing the job day in not some board members that read charts and numbers.
