What is the best part about your compensation package?
If I stay continuos I can retire with 25 years service and have full benefits and retirement pay.

The pay system is not ideal. While there is no business, the commission and draw system means we are essentially working for nothing since the draw must be repaid from future sales, assuming there are any.

They give more work and less pay. Hold you at part time and do nothing to help get more hours.
