We should have a Better management teams.
I believe better pay would make myself and my fellow employees feel compensated.
They need to communicate better and make everyone feel important while working at Sears.
It is not so much my co-workers. We all feel under paid and overworked.
I just believe that the Management Team has no knowledge of how we are feeling.
I think that there needs to be a more rigorous Interview to ensure we are getting quality workers.
