Tip heaven with upper Managment. People in positions that they moved into with no proper schooling, fashion background or skill sets. A lot of people pretending that they have knowledge and skills!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid the actual worthy amount as compared to type of work and expected employee work input, being paid a fair amount to how hard and how much you dedicate and serve in the position someone has.

Haven’t gotten a raise in over 8 years

Most lower lever are more skilled then upper level management and good ideas and talent not listened to by over paid management

a lot of people coasting or pretending that they know what they are doing. A lot of holding tight on a deck of a sinking ship.
