The organization has become increasingly siloed and bureaucratic to the point where it's a constant struggle to get things done. If pay and/or benefits were above and beyond what every other company offers, it might be worth it, but they don't.

Horrible place to work. Legally questionable subscription model, lagging innovation, and quarterly layoffs that seem to target pregnant women and new mothers. This company is rotten to the core.

There are a small handfull of good, honest employees, but they are rapidly leaving or being pushed out.

There is nothing positive about the culture. The loss of morale over the last 2 years is stunning.

The leadership team was put in place to do the bidding of Vista and Blackstone. Their goal is to slash costs and move as many jobs as possible overseas. They cannot be trusted.

People will spend 20 minutes explaining why a 2 minute task is "not their job". Job roles have become so hyper-specialized that getting anything non-standard done takes 17 people and an act of God.

We are kept in the dark about problems so I don't really have any way to answer this. All i know is that relative to our industry and our competitors, we are not doing well.

Our GTM model is a deal breaker for a significant number of our largest customers. My only hope is that vista realizes how screwed they're about to be and brings in a competent CEO who listens to feedback.

The senior leadership team is extremely dusconnected from the needs of employees and customers. This is not growing pains, but a years long trend of increasingly bad decisions. We clearly do not have a capable leader at the helm.

At this point, i dont see things turning around. They've burned too many key customers that cant be replaced because the technology is lagging behind competitors. They've also eliminated too many key people with the skills and knowledge to fix things.

Eliminated RSUs when we went private and did not make salary adjustments. This reduced the pay of most employees by 10's of thousands of dollars. They also increased the costs for all healthcare plans, which are not very good. Deductables are high and you need prior auths for many routine things.
