Overall experience is good. I have a great manager who I feel values my opinion, a wonderful team that kicks butt in all things HR. We are all very comfortable to say when we don't know something and are all willing to gain the knowledge necessary to answer any question put our way. That's A1.

They are direct, knowledgeable, fair and understanding. We are constantly putting out fires and we are all happy to do so and help where we can.

I am most happy at work when we can implement new solutions that streamlines our processes and makes them simpler. Overall solving problems is a great feeling.

We are constantly trying to do better by our employees and teams. Especially in the HR department, I feel like we have each others back and we keep great continuity as well which is vert important to our close knit operations.

I feel that with the increased responsibility given, my salary ahould reflect that, but it is not a symplr thing as much as a pre-Acquisition feeling and I am hoping that symplr recongizes my value more than my prior company did.
