We are all here to collaborate and help others. No question is a bad/invaluable question, and we learn from each other. Despite being WFH, we share personal tips and tricks, family stories, etc. so we feel like a team more than most in-person office environments allow.

I love the internet stipend and the work from home bonus to be able to set up a real home office as I see fit/necessary. I also love the wide array of health benefits, incorporating mental health items like a meditation app and ERGs to support my personal needs.

Everyone is supportive and encouraging. There's an entire team for Employee Growth and Development, so we can advance our skills and move roles throughout the company. Even our CEO is transparent, accessible to all, and responsive to "the people at the bottom." People here care about people here :)
