For the last 7+ years I have really enjoyed working for Elsevier. I feel the work we do really matters and as a company we truly believe in working for the greater good of humanity.

To be honest I feel that my compensation is fair for the job I do right now with the experience I have. I do however feel as I gain more experience the opportunity to make more money in my same role is limited.

I like that our leadership team is diverse and they put real world (outside of the company) issues at the forefront of many of their presentations to the company. They take the mental health of the employees very seriously. They continue to build a diverse and inclusive safe space for us.
