Address the poor performers. I typically like working with colleagues but there are a few that just can't stand that seem to get away with anything. When they are involved, I don't work well with anyone.

Be fairer. Get rid of poor performers. Don't cut or change US jobs because you can. Its not fair that many in other countries are on a contract that they cannot be fired or position. Be more structured. Give everyone similar time off.

It seems like a lot of things are done to retain people but none are targeted at me. The very things that I am asked to do for my team are not done for me. It is like you are the middle sibling that doesn't matter.
