I feel we are inclusive and that we work together, but I notice that it's always the same people that get the promotions. I wish they would look better at career development per person and not in a group.

I feel there should be a junior, mid and senior level in each role. So there is lots of room to grow. And when you hit the top of senior level, your manager should check with you where you could develop towards to.

It's a diverse team, with lots of knowledge and interest. And since we have Kumsal as a CEO I feel that we are getting more and more in the partner position with our customers and less perceived as a monopolist. I feel our reputation is becoming better again.
