Sometimes I work with colleagues that clearly haven't done their homework, or read materials they've asked for. I think they could be better prepared coming into meetings.

It's not so much that I feel undervalued, but when I speak to friends in similar roles at other companies, I sometimes hear about incentives that are offered to them and think 'wow, it would be great if Elsevier offered this!' e.g. longer parental leave, more competitive salaries, paid office lunch.
