401k was good. Pay was just below market when i started. Recieved a signing bonus as well. Yearly raises didn't keep up with inflation

It was only 2 interviews. One over the phone and one via webex with the actual managers and members of the team i work with. Technical questions were honestly pretty easy

Lots of internal redtape due to large heiarchy scheme. Requests block things and slow them down. Id be happier if it was paying the people that work the sorts livable wages. Trim the fat and reward those doing the actual work.

Too heiarchy focused. Too many internal teams slows you down with requests and paperwork. Treat employees better. Make your healthcare not the cheapest option possible. Listen to employees when they say hardware was out of date. Make employee pay fair not just for white collar workers

Direct manager was always nice and ready to help, unless it involved getting more resources then hands were tied. Hardware was out of date when i started, still using the same stuff. Had so many vps and I don't know what a single one of them actually did for us instead of just being a name above us
