We have no benefits at all! I get paid salary and not hourly. When the math gets done I'm not getting paid over $15.00/hr. I am working over 50 hours a week. Delivering over a 1000 packages a week. I did over 550 stops just this week and I didn't get any extra compensation for it. 4 1/2 years.
