The actual interview was great.

We get a paycheck. The 8 behaviors WOULD be a positive if they were followed by execs, not just motivated new employees who will later discover the cold hard truth.
Revisión
We know what we are doing, loads of experience and teamwork to get things done. Before management expects the impossible and wants us to give more and more creative excuses as to why it can't happen instead of being honest and calling them out on their ineptness.
Revisión
Start treating employees better and put the focus back on quality product instead of shareholders and stock markets. That MIGHT get you more customers. Start doing your jobs better, or you'll continue to be #6 on here because you "Have a passion for winning." What a joke.
Revisión
Don't pay below market value for an employee with proven accomplishments, education, and 10 years experience. There is a poster "Take care of your customers, or someone else will." SAME GOES FOR EMPLOYEES. They will jump ship at the first opportunity. Knowing this is worse, and willful ignorance.
Revisión
Don't lie to applicants, show competence in your work, be able to find an answer to a question instead of sending someone on a D&D quest talking to 10+ (not kidding) people before the answer was found for a simple issue that could have been corrected by HR.
Revisión
Communicating to employees. Stop talking about only executives and chairmen. Let your people know where they stand, or morale will never improve and your employees will be eager to leave. If you're going to blab about execs and shareholders, DON'T send those emails to us as if we are privy to perks.
Revisión
The problem isn't our workers, it is greedy and stupid execs who are blissfully and purposefully detached from reality. Their piggy banks are all that exists. Joke will be on them when no one wants to work here anymore after doing the bare minimum for the paycheck. That's all there is good.
