They care that I love to work there. Flexible and try to be reasonable about "policies". They work in the spirit of the guidelines not the letter of the law. If a policy doesn't work, we change it.

Feeling valued and connecting to my peers. As we all work virtually I appreciate that we take time to talk about their families, their community and all those things you don't know about someone that works in a different location. Calls aren't "all business".

Permissive PTO. Really makes sense when you work virtually. When I was out on STD, the company subsidized my pay to bring me close to "whole". Paid the 2 week waiting period for STD and then paid partial checks to cover the balance of my wages from what I got from STD. HUGE benefit.
