The health and dental benefits are okay, but could be better. In particular when having to reach out to our contracted provider and argue about something that is stated as "covered" only to find out that it was denied on some technicality.

Between inflation and the employee cost of benefits, it seems like the salary increase was less overall. Further, I know that the next open enrollment is going to have our benefits cost increase, which is unavoidable at this point. In addition, there is not a clear path laid out for advancement.
