Overall, I love symplr, the benefits and the mission we are all working towards. However, work experiences are vastly different from what ELT thinks is happening. The company is growing too fast; some areas are not properly staffed leaving frustrated burnt out employees getting taken advantage of.

Overall, I like the company, the mission and how we can make a difference in a challenging market. However, there are still problems that have been identified and discussed that I do not feel are being addressed nor will they and that is disheartening.

Communication in the form of monthly meetings.
Revisión
Appear straightforward, genuine and honest.
Revisión
Supportive, understanding, helpful, and friendly.
Revisión
Always willing to lend a hand, smart and professional.
Revisión
Overworked, underpaid with an uneven work-life balance makes me feel undervalued.
Revisión
The team tries to be transparent about the company goals and initiatives.
Revisión
Talking to my team. Finishing a tough project. Logging off for the day.
Revisión
The supportive teams help you when you need and ask for it. Not all companies have that atmosphere.
Revisión
When I have a day that someone is not scolding, yelling, pressuring or threatening me to get something done.
Revisión
They put in the hard work and are in the trenches with me feeling the same pains so we have eachother's back which is nice.
Revisión
Working too much, too fast puts us on the fast track to burnout. Can't get excited about coming to work under this type of environment.
Revisión
While I do not agree with the decisions being made, I believe they believe they are doing the right thing for the company and are transparent in the information they share with all employees.
Revisión
Overworked, stressed, asked to do more with less, constant changes and pivoting that wastes time and causes confusion, no proper talk tracks, documentation to provide customer whereas our competitors have this content. Constantly reactive vs proactive to maintain business-some teammates not helping.
Revisión
They seem to care about the people and have arranged great benefits and affinity groups. Also try to organize virtual events. Our ELT appear to really believe in our mission as a company and not just give it lip service to collect a paycheck.
Revisión
I do not feel my role is paid out at industry standards. Some of the benefits offered are nice, but nothing I need to utilize or am eligible for so where the company believes they are compensating me and providing me a benefit, its really not.
Revisión
We really do have a mission to help revolutionize healthcare and we mean it when we say we can and want to help. I do like that because our healthcare is so broken. I think some leaders really do care about us as employees, others do not.
Revisión
Overall, the company is positive and doing great things. Our mission to improve healthcare operations will be amazing once executed. But they are growing so fast, they are starting to treat their employees like a number, like GE. Its upsetting that the ELT are not living our core values.
Revisión
We're short staffed, overworked, no work-life balance and we're getting burnt out. Manager does nothing to fix these issues and its getting very frustrating to keep hearing thanks for all you do I appreciate you, but the underlying problem is not being addressed. Great people are leaving for this.
Revisión
Stay true to their word. Not using your feedback against you in a performance reviews. Not comparing you to other employees who they feel are superior to you/threatening your livelihood. My ELT leader is failing my team IMO. They do not have my teams best interests in mind which causes frustration.
Revisión
It's hard to get excited to go to work knowing that you may log in and lose your job. There is a nervous energy not knowing what is going to happen if despite all best efforts, we don't meet our numbers and the company cuts jobs. That's a real daily fear.
Revisión
Some individuals and teams are very difficult to work with and I dread having to interact with them. Others are a delight...I'm sure that is the norm at any company you work for. But there are departments that seem to have a reputation for being difficult to work with-management should fix that.
Revisión
When my leader fails us, my team is there. We have each other's backs, step in to collaborate, talk and help each other succeed. We're frustrated and drowning together which make my days bearable. At least I know I'm not the only one going through this alone. They're great people who try hard.
Revisión
I love the permissive time and the mental health benefits. They try to set up wellness meetings which is nice, but we are so inundated with work and mandatory trainings that we do not have time for wellness. Everyone makes everyone feel included and like they are part of the team which is nice.
Revisión
The company overall is fantastic & I want to continue to work for symplr. I believe in their mission. However, my ELT leader I makes getting up for work difficult. I have asked for 1:1's, asked what I need to do for a raise/promotion and I get nothing in return but empty promises. I don't matter.
Revisión
We are asked to do more with less every day and being expected to work at that high level, high stressed pace is not sustainable. Its exhausting and has a ripple effect in every area of your life. But the alternative is having no job with the temperature of the market so I continue to try.
