Since the RIF, I have additional job responsibilities. Even though I work more than 40 hours a week, I do not get my work done. I really like my boss and the people that work on my product. I am hoping it will get better. We need that raise. Sales went to Hawaii when I didn't get a raise!

I consider my team to be comprised of the people that work on my product. We are all parts of other teams - product, engineering, qa, ect. We all care about the product and challenge each other to make it better.

After reviewing job salary ranges on platforms such as LinkedIn, I feel like I am a bit undercompensated based on my experience and job performance. When a recruiter reaches out to me, salary is definitely important and the reason several of my coworkers have left.

I love having an idea for something in the product and having the engineers make it even better than I imagined it would be. I then enjoy showing that piece to our customers and getting their feedback. I also enjoy being able to solve our customer's problems.
