Continued change and growth, but not in a non-productive way. Changes are justified and new leadership is quite capable and knowledgeable. Concerns addressed promptly, Full transparency, regular check-ins, regular team meetings and updates/communication.

I have never worked for a company that spends so much time on overall improvement and transparency. It's not "Do as I say, not as I do" as most leadership is in past companies I've worked. We are led by example. When concerns are brought up, they are promptly addressed. So excited for our growth!
