I like the concept of my company - work hard, play hard. I love the benefits. I love the atmosphere they try and create. My department feels seperate from all of that - we don't use company tools, we get no feedback, we aren't super organized, and we lost a lot of great people last year

The new meetings and strategy that seems to be unifying us. For quite some time if felt like each acquisition was a seperate company yet somehow we were supposed to be working as one. Given our acqusition pace, we need plans to keep adding people to the team - not adding seperate teams if you will.
