I leave my home State for over 50% of the year to ensure our client projects are managed to success. I also work irregular shifts/ longer hours to ensure our clients are happy with our work. I love every aspect of what I do but would like higher compensation for the work load I carry.

I would like to be paid fairly for the work I do. The role I have is considered an OM role but I am working on a higher level than an OM and have to help an entire LOB instead of just a small team like they do. They rely on me to pick up their slack and I am still being paid less than they are.
