I'm just starting to get to know my team since I have just been promoted to a lead position, but from the initial interactions we've had, I think that the team would we working quite well.

I think that employees are being treated well and are really being taken care of. We try our best to have a toxic free working environment so going to work would not feel like a chore, but as something we can look forward to.

The best part is not only me, the employee, is covered on my benefits but my dependents as well. I really like that I have my HMO at Day 1 so I don't have to worry much if I need to go to the hospital (I really think that it is a big help).
