Work from home was great, its difficult though to report to the office since in general all people that are employed are now alsoreporting in their offices

That we have allowance and an RTO incentive though it only applies to those who are on the schedule where it applies, not to mine because unfortunately we got the schedule that doesn't have an RTO incentive.

We did not get FA (client incentive) because we're on the regular shift (730am to 430pm) thinking that this schedule would be easy for teammates to handle because its on the normal hours but its not. Im not sure if the leadership team refers to my TL, but if it is I think he is doing a good job in taking care of our concern. Its the small concerns and things that counts, a request to go on UL if your sick, an assistance to file for an SSS Loan or even an assistance to sign something of a g-form
