if the issue on hand was handled properly then we get our compensation but like the time when i needed to have my maternity leave process so i can concentrate on my medical issue it was not handled properly

Some of the tl's and managers are hands on in supporting us but i felt demotivated when my maternity leave concern was not properly handled it made me felt betrayed and not supported emotionally during my miscarriage specially during the pandemic

the medical concerns especially with regards to maternity concerns are not properly addressed and people handling it are not knowledgeable and attentive adding up to the stress of the person reaching out...god forbid someone might die because of this attitude and the way they handle these concerns..
