We look at our monitors 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, this makes our sighted poorer overtime. TaskUs should include lasik surgery to HMO since it is what most of people who works on the BPO industry need nowadays.

Salary increase! Bills and daily necessities are pricy these days due to inflation. We could not save since the salary is just enough to pay the bills and sometimes its not enough you have to barrow money from a friend or family member.

Campaign wise, its not stressful as other campaigns I've handled from previous BPO companies. But in terms of Management, nowadays they all just want to talk about numbers where in before they said that they focus on behavior instead of number.. well not these days.. its all about numbers numbers..
