It's been short, but I can already tell that we lack organization. We are growing way too fast and I think that the daily operations are consuming us all, and we are not doing our best because there's no time

It's been an interesting ride, learning because the job requires me to, since I am basically 2 positions in 1 one person. As a site, we have a lot of potential, but I just don't think that the people in charge of leading it are getting us where we need to, the way our VP works it's not what's best

I am doing more than what it's expected, there has been no change in my compensation, no feedback (whether is good or bad) just a "job done" every now and then. And overall, the compensation package is poor, yes we have medical benefits that for front line employees are unique but not for Support
