The leadership team needs to improve the way they handle people because teammates are not being appreciated as much here at TaskUs as they want to show it publicly. People are constantly leaving and very little effort is shown to want them to stay.

I feel undervalued because leaders at TaskUs do not care when you are performing at your best but will notice every single mistake teammates make when they see one. The management should listen to teammates because they are the frontline of the business and yet they are treated like they're nothing.
