Everything was great until I learned that there is no yearly salary increase, they make us feel uncomfortable about the plan for working on site and incentives are fading away. Still people are great and we are still working from home which I am thankful for.

At first I thought it was the best even of it wasn't paying well, but now everything changed. The company is just so demanding about reaching goals but not giving salary increase or any kind of motivation such as incentives.

We share happiness with each other but joking and I feel at ease. Also, I can count on them when I need support and the TL or manager is not around.

I am happy and excited to work knowing that I work from home, less hassle, no travel time, no expenses for transportation, food allowance and rent and I can be with my family as well.

Our company should understand that it's already 2022 and the prices of commodities are skyrocketing. We need a higher salary and as you know we can only get an increase when we get promoted. Also, skills allowance for SES chat was unfair compared to SES IB.
