I like getting challenged and being involved in stuff that matters. It's sad that lately, opportunities for this are few and far between. The company needs to come up with ways to engage their employees in process improvement initiatives.

The compensation is competitive, albeit at the lower thresholds of industry averages. But coupled with the dismal prospect of career growth, and the company's lack of vision in terms of getting rank and file employees involved in continous process improvement, the end sum is a disappointing package.

On paper and history, TaskUs is supposed to be a revolutionary disruptor. But in growing its ranks it seems to have lost is vision, diluted by the influx of talent coming from outside and bringing with them culture that is not exactly as forward as a supposed 'disruptor' would want to be.
