The Quality Director of CHR Chariot should engage more with the QAs to know our concerns. The current Quality Director does not seem to care about our feedback on QA Compensation package! The merit increase has been a challenge already!

I just feel that our current base pay might be revisited due to the tough tasks that they put on the QAs. This is always our issue. The request for transportation allowance has never been heard. Have you read our responses from the recent eSAT Survey?

The only thing that binds us is the culture of joy and happiness. Despite poor salary, we hold on ourselves as our only motivation to go to work. The QA managers and directors I think should experience collaborating with the QAs more often so we can feel that they are also human.
