First 2 years (2016-2018) in the company was great since they keep on giving incentives and employees feel valuable. The latter years, employees feels undervalued and unappreciated since salary was not increasing, considering the increase in bills and necessities.

Remove the salary ceiling since we already now have yearly increase. Salary is not competitive compared to other company. Always upskill to salary increase. Also, a yearly vaccine for employee and dependents would be great.
