The company is good (people person) but it's just that all companies have their own opportunities. I hope that the **BIASES** or **PALAKASAN** system will be removed. And hoping as well that the SALARY PACKAGE of our Campaign will increase as it not enough for the workload (40k-45k should be)

The company is good when it comes to perks but when it comes to salary (a bit no as salary package vs workload is not enough). For HMO hoping it would be 3 free dependents like MAXICARE and hoping to remove the Pre-existing condition on it as it will save us instead of having VPD that will deduct us

When it comes to work related scope, compensation (whole salary package) is not enough or too small. With this kind of workload, it should be 40k - 45k package.

Based on our workload (regards to our Campaign as we are blended - phone/chat/emails and on the eCommerce account that we handled Global all kinds of concern when it comes to billing, refund, theme customization, domain and etc.) the Salary package is not enough. It should be 35k to 40k
