My workmates are just like personal friends, there's still this boundary when it comes to work but the positivity of friendship is there. Also, the pay :)

They're all ears, they listen to what I have to say, I have minimal complaints about the leads management but I do hear from others that their complaints are being addressed professionally.

It's easy to work with my team, I don't have any specific term for them as each of them is unique, all I can say is that I can work effectively with each of my teammates and I'm good with that.
