In my 6 years of employment here in TaskUs, I have never been disappointed enough to end up leaving. I started as an entry level employee and I am now part of the leadership group. Since day 1 I always felt like TaskUs is my home. TaskUs is truly remarkable, I will retire here :)

The company has a very strong structure to promote Working hard, having fun. The company recognizes that too much work can be detrimental to the well being of their employees, which is why they have monthly happy hour activities, offsite tea buildings etc.

Our leadership team is always transparent and truthful to the vision of being able to provide the best customer experience not only for our clients but for our internal employees as well. We treat each other with respect and we put so much value in providing feedback, hence we continuously improve

We call out each other when our behaviors don't align with the company values and we don't take them personally, instead we use those feedback to do better and beat our own performance every time. I love that we dont blame one another when problems arise, we focus on solutions and prevention

I am happy that we are given the flexibility to work productively at home and in the office. I like that my co workers are very relatable that even Sr Leaders such as VPs talk to us on a quarterly basis just to check how we are doing and what help they can offer to make our jobs easy for us
