i think this should involve whatever guidelines/knowledge base that we are using. we should always be objective. NEVER subjective. so before coworkers could do better, policies should be polished and be implemented without bias.

as mentioned, the early days of the company, it was all people first. like you can definitely feel it. but now, it focuses on the idea of the few and for the benefit of the few. best example would be the past year end party. nobody would want a celebration shortly after country recovers from covid.

they gotta reflect the values that the company used to have. work life-balance. limiting us to a number of leaves in a week and also limiting us from being on leave with someone from the team. how do you even call that balance? people first. not YOU first. we used to have people 1st before.
