Now that I was transferred to Lizzy's Watchtower site, TaskUs can't even add additional allowance for Internet and Electric bills for WFH teammates, but other BPO companies can. Our iCare HMO which has a lot of problems though it is cheaper but the price difference is not worth it compared to Avega.

If the management wants their teammates to achieve a better scorecard especially in Quality, the SOM/OM must support on how teammates could achieve it and not focus so much on the markdown/mistake. SOM/OM should think of a way on how their teammates could prevent an error and achieve quality
