There is no discrimination about genders (I'm straight myself but I like the fact that there is no discrimination here) and everyone is friendly. That alone is positive already.

They are not just leaders they are friendly, supportive, providing positive advice, always giving us great feedbacks even though we did something wrong they don't look down on us but instead they boosts our confidence to do a job well done next time.
