We were transferred from tghe PLUS LOB (which has a higher skills premium allowance) back to CORE (with a lower skills premium) with no transparent regards apart from the spiel that "It was a BUSINESS DECISION TO CONCENTRATE everything in PHOENIX". They out in the work to retain the top 25 people !
