They were honest in giving feedback, setting o expectations, and how convenient the process of submitting the docs was. It was paperless!

They trust your abilities so they do not micromanage. They truly practice transparency and very good in communicating things (without sugarcoating). They treat people with genuine respect and promote work-life synergy effectively.

It is competitive and was flexible to a certain degree. It is a decent salary that allows you to pay for what you need and have some more to help you with emergencies, plans, hobbies.

They are not difficult to work with because they are teamplayers. We came from different idustries and brought with us a lot of experience so we have so many great ideas! It is just a matter of how to execute it and make it an effective solution for our clients or frontliners.

How they make me feel valued - may it be a small or big contribution. They demand you to take your time off and even placed it in our scorecards! And when we are off, we have learned not to think about work and enjoy ourselves. Our leaders are approachable and reasonable.

We truly are a PEOPLE FIRST company. In everything we do, we think of our people first. Everyone is welcome to voice out their ideas, sentiments, feedback, etc. I also love how the company encourages us to take care of our health. We have resources that we can reach out to for help.
