Being able to listen to upbeat music and joke with my coworkers/team mates makes the day fly by.

The open minded ness and acceptance for the LGBTQ+ Community as well those that have tattoo's is great. Plus the pet channels are a wonderful way to take a small break if you are starting to feel stressed

¿Qué es lo mejor de tu paquéte de compensación?

The Health/Medical benefits that are available after 30 days Is amazing. However, adding the eight hours of PTO & UTO every month as well is amazing. Most places make you wait at least 60 - 90 days before ANY benefits start.

They care for you as a person as well as work with you if you have any issues that may arise. The flow of communication is easy and there is no fear of "getting/being in trouble" if you have a concern or issue arise.

¿Qué son algunas de las mejores cosas de tu equipo?

I love how we are all there for one another. If anyone needs help with a case we all jump right in to guide them as their success is our success. At the same time we can laugh and joke keeping the stress level at the minimum (while still working our cases and between calling customers of course).
