Recognizing talent and accomplishments, providing raises and promote from within, making employees (especially those that go above and beyond) valued, don't take advantage of employee talents then toss them aside once they get what they needed from them!

The fact TaskUs put their employees first and seems to actually care about them as humans not just a number. Acceptance - no matter skin color, hair color, tattoos, or disabilities to name a few you are accepted and not treated different.

I am making the same wage I was hired at 1 yr and 7 mo ago, but not doing the same amount of work. I am now doing 3 to 4 times the amount of work and been with the company a little over a year and a half making the same wage!!!

Personally have helped start departments within campaigns and even jump started campaigns within this company to then be under paid as others on same level (job title) and then knocked back down to a TM just to keep my job. even though all I have done for this company, been here for almost 3 years
