Over the past year this company has helped me grow as a person. Allowing me to learn new skills from home. It makes it enjoyable. Having flexibility to take time off, especially through divorce and moving and having an active daughter. Working for vertafore at home as been a great experience

A lot of the way customers treat us is having a mental impact on me. I don't look forward to getting yelled at because of something outside of our control

I got no raise this year. Despite inflation going up and rent going up. My pay stayed the same and so did many others on the team. Health care is great but healthcare doesn't keep a roof over my head

Being at home. Having a work life balance where I can work from home and still be here for my kids. My kids are number 1 and I wouldn't be able to work at all if I couldn't work from home

They need to be more approachable. A few people on the team I feel don't like me. I don't feel like I can approach or even talk to them. And one of them continually calls out making closing on the team everyone's problem which affects my work-life balance
