Vertafore is a great company. It's stable, the people are wonderful, and the benefits are good. The only challenge I've had is micromanagement from executives at the VP level. VPs need to put more trust into their employees, empower them to do their jobs, and improve communication across departments

I've worked at companies in the past where they actively work to hide that info. They openly discuss when there are areas for improvement.
