Communication is an issue. We don't communicate with each other enough which hurts the customers in the end

No one is sure of the direction of the company at this point. We all fear for our jobs and a lot of people are jumping ship. Management says one thing and then does another. Nothing is consistent. Not like it use to be. And is seems we are only hiring people to fill empty seats now a days.
