The good thing about compensation is that the additional benefits like PF and Gratuity are been provided extra and it is not part of the discussed CTC , which is really a great thing and a motivating factor

The team i have is the best team, who are pretty strong in functional and technicalities of the project and extend their support to any whenever there is a need and also own the things which is a great attitude any team mates should have.
