They listen to your perspective. As a new employee I'm coming from a new perspective and view. I have been able to share that and present questions that has been positively received and started conversations on changing things where applicable.

It's new and exciting. I also love my role as I support my customers success without feeling as if I need to "Sell" them something more than what they have. I can really focus on supporting their needs and being their partner for their success.
